Return Policy

- Return Period: You can return any item within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Products: items on sale or which have obtained discounts of any kind cannot be returned.

 

How to Make a Return

1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA):
- Contact our customer service via the form used for messages and reviews found on the "Home" page or Whatsapp, you will find the button at the bottom of each page to request a return authorization number. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

2. Prepare the Package:
- Pack items securely using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation and your completed returns form.

3. Send the package:
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

Return Shipping Costs

- National Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs.
- International returns: Return shipping costs and any customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund Process

- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the check is complete.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

 

Product Exchange

We offer product exchanges in the event of a defective product. If you want a different item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.
