Order Processing Times

- Business Hours: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods

1. Standard Shipping
- Delivery Times: 5-7 working days
- Cost: €5 (Free for orders over €100 in non-European countries and for European countries)

 

2. Express Shipping
- Delivery Times: 3-5 working days "only in the areas and in the period of the year where it is possible to activate the service".
- Cost: €5

 

3. International shipping outside Europe
- Delivery Times: 7-14 working days (variable depending on destination).
- Cost: €5 (Free for orders over €100 in non-European countries)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, as soon as the courier delivers the code, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in the shipment that includes the service.

You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our tracking portal or directly on the courier's website.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over €100 to non-European countries and within European territory. During checkout, free shipping will automatically be applied to your order if your total exceeds the required threshold or falls within the countries eligible for free shipping.

 

Customs Information for International Shipments

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs taxes and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the laws of the destination country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
